Please Note : EMR Update

Dear Patients,

It is an exciting time here at Lawrence Desjarlais, MD, PC and MD Cosmetic Dermatology, as we are changing over to an Electronic Medical Record System  (EMR).  With this system all of your records will be stored electronically, doing away with all paper documents.  We will now have the ability to send your prescriptions directly to your designated pharmacy with a click of a button, no waiting for us to fax them at the day’s end so that you can pick them up!  We also plan on having a link on both of our websites that will take you to our patient portal, where you will be able to update your personal information on record as well as allow new patients to complete their new patient paperwork online prior to their scheduled appointment.

We are truly excited to be able to provide these up to date services to you!  As with everything new, it will take time for us to learn.   We ask that you have patience with us while we go through this transition.  Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Dr. Lawrence Desjarlais, MD, FAAD

Lawrence Desjarlais, MD, FAAD, is a graduate from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed residency at the University of Michigan in the Department of Dermatology.

As a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Board Certified Dermatologist, he opened his first practice over 17 years ago in Adrian, Michigan. Dr. Desjarlais continues to offer the highest quality in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology in his second office located in Ann Arbor.

Dr. Desjarlais’ staff has been with the practice from two to fourteen years.  This is a testament to how everyone enjoys working with Dr. Desjarlais.

Each Staff member is experienced in their positions, giving them the knowledge and understanding to assist patients with all their needs.  Our friendly staff is compassionate and discrete; your care and privacy is of utmost importance to our staff.
